When I first opened it, I really wanted to give it a fair chance, but the hair just felt rough and kind of fake to me. It wasn’t soft or natural like I expected, and after feeling the texture, I started losing trust in the quality. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering this again.

"I felt let down when I tried this..."
I felt let down when I tried this wig on. The hair was way too shiny, and the part line just didn’t look natural at all. It might be fine if you’re using it for a costume or something, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing it day to day. What made it worse was feeling like I had to basically beg for something that looked decent, which just left me annoyed and resentful. I expected a lot better from chiquel.com.

I was let down by my order from Chiquel because the wig looked really different from the photos, and for what I paid I expected something much nicer, but it felt kind of cheap and the color was off too so I didn’t even feel comfortable wearing it.
When I reached out to customer service about returning it, the whole thing was slow and not very helpful, and it just felt like one hassle after another from the moment it arrived, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I only wore this wig a few times before it started shedding more than I expected, and the cap got kind of loose too. At first I was like okay, maybe it just needs adjusting, but nope. it was disappointing because I thought it would last longer. Still, it looked decent at the beginning, so there’s that, I guess.

I expected a lot more for what this costs. I don’t mind paying extra when something feels worth it, but this just didn’t meet my personal standard for the price. It felt overpriced for what you actually get.

I ordered from chiquel.com and while the product itself was fine, the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed on one side, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so it felt like my order was just tossed in and sent off without much care.
For the price, I expected a better experience. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but the whole thing made me feel less like a customer and more like just another ticket number in their system. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they put more effort into packing things properly

The wig looked decent when I first took it out, but the cap just isn’t great. It feels bulky and itchy, and it doesn’t really lay flat on my head. For what it costs, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I gave chiquel.com a try, but it was kind of a pain to use. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a normal shopping site that’s easy enough to browse, but it felt more annoying than it needed to be.
The pages were slow for me, the menu wasn’t super clear, and I kept bouncing around trying to find basic info. On my phone, a few parts also felt a bit messy or hard to read, which didn’t help.
The products might be totally fine, who knows, but the website itself made me lose interest quickly. It just wasn’t a smooth shopping experience for me

"They used to be better"
I’ve ordered from Chiquel before and they used to be better, so this was disappointing. I picked out one item and ended up receiving something completely different. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting it fixed, which is just frustrating. For what they charge, I really expected them to at least get the order right.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. It took way too long to get a response, and when I finally did, it didn’t really help solve anything. I’ve been patient, but if this is what support is going to be like, I’m seriously thinking about taking my business somewhere else

"Delivery kept getting delayed"
I placed my order weeks ago, and the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. The tracking page barely changed at all, which made it even more frustrating because I kept checking it every morning. When I reached out to support, the answers were vague and didn’t really help. it was a really annoying experience, and I don’t think I’d trust ordering from them again.

I really wanted this wig to work, but it was just way too tight and sat weird on my head. After about 20 minutes, it started getting itchy and super annoying. I kept messing with it and trying to adjust it, but nothing helped, so it just felt like wasted energy. Definitely not comfortable for me.

I was in a good mood when I got this wig and was excited to try it on, but that changed fast. It started shedding a lot and tangled really badly, even with gentle handling. I wanted to like it, but it was just frustrating to deal with.

I can’t speak much to the rest of the experience because all I really paid attention to was the return. It took way too long, and I had to follow up with them twice before anything seemed to move.
